These terms apply to bookings with Anomaly Media Limited. Your project quote or contract may add to them.
Bookings and deposits
A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit. Payment plans are available for larger projects and are agreed in writing.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to move or cancel a booking. Deposits secure your date and are handled as set out in your quote.
Delivery
Standard turnaround is 1–2 weeks for photography, 2–4 weeks for video production, and 3–5 business days for graphic design. Rush delivery is available at an extra cost.
Use of images
You may use your delivered files for personal and business purposes. Anomaly Media may show selected work in its portfolio and social media unless you ask us not to.
