How do I book a service?

What areas do you serve?
We are based in Jamaica and serve clients island-wide. We also take on international projects depending on scope and logistics.
How much do your services cost?

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for events. However, we do accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for larger projects. A deposit is required to secure your booking date.
What is your turnaround time for deliverables?
Standard turnaround is 1-2 weeks for photography, 2-4 weeks for video production, and 3-5 business days for graphic design. Rush delivery is available.
Can you live stream to multiple platforms?
Yes! We can simultaneously stream to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms with professional multi-camera setups.
Do you provide raw/unedited files?
Raw files are available upon request for an additional fee. All standard packages include professionally edited deliverables.
